• Safaricom Mobile Number: Collected solely to initiate the Lipa Na M-Pesa STK Push payment request.
• Transaction Metadata: We store the M-Pesa Receipt Number, amount paid, and timestamp provided by Safaricom via our secure webhook callback to verify your purchase.

2. Payment Security & M-Pesa PINs

Kaplance Digital never collects, views, or stores your M-Pesa PIN. The payment prompt is securely managed directly on your handset by Safaricom via the Daraja API infrastructure. Your PIN entry happens entirely outside our platform environment.

3. Data Usage

We use your transaction details exclusively to unlock your game activation codes and deliver your source code archives. We do not sell, rent, or distribute your phone number or purchase history to third-party advertisers.

4. Governing Law

This privacy framework is aligned with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
