1. No-Refund Nature of Digital Downloads

Due to the intangible nature of digital goods (activation codes, game files, and source structures), all successful sales processed through our Lipa Na M-Pesa checkout framework are considered final and non-refundable once a valid activation key is visible or a download link is exposed on your screen.

2. Exceptions & System Faults

We only review refund requests under extreme system failure contexts, such as:

• Your M-Pesa transaction was verified successfully, but our backend architecture failed to return an activation code due to server errors.
• The downloaded code archive is completely corrupted or contains broken files that prevent core initialization.

In such circumstances, customers must reach out to our help center portal with valid proof of payment within 48 hours of transaction completion.
